The Loft North Hills is a Pet Friendly Community. Pet Fee $300 per pet. Pet Rent $25 per month per pet. Breed and weight restrictions apply.
Restricted breeds:

• Doberman Pinschers
• Chow Chows
• Rottweilers
• Presa Canarios
• German Shepherds
