Firstly, Mellyn and Sabrina are the most considerate property managers I’ve ever worked with. They are so kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. They made the process of moving in so smooth. The maintenance team is also very friendly! My actual apartment was very clean when I moved in, making the process of unloading and unpacking that much easier. The community is incredibly pet friendly, with dog waste stations easily accessible. I also LOVE that they have community events like BBQs and Candle Making at the office. It’s such a great way to connect with your neighbors. All in all, I’ve never been so excited to move into a complex.

I have enjoyed living at the Lofts at North Hills. It is a well-kept community and very convenient. The property manager Amy cares about her community and is always available to help. I love living here. I recommend anyone looking for a place to live to consider this property.

I am in the midst of searching for a new residence. I toured these apartments roughly 7 years ago, and like them then. It's only gotten better. Management has changed, and while I enjoyed chatting with the ladies under previous management when I toured, MELLYN IS THE REAL DEAL. Professional, polite, patient, and product knowledgeable. I am very pleased to write this review because I have a good idea (I hope) of the type of service I'll receive, should I make this my place of residence. Arlington did a good thing hiring her or was wise to maintain her in its employ. Thanks, Mellyn for making my choice very difficult.
